Michael Chen
- BA(Hons) Design Communication, LASALLE College of the Arts, Singapore
With a range of design projects under his belt, from established clients including Gardenia, Sanrio, National Sports Council and Mini Cooper Singapore, Mike’s background in design and art direction has led him to pursue a teaching career at LASALLE since 2011.
A decade of industry experience has motivated him to develop himself as an academic, imparting his knowledge, skills and experience in the classroom. His amiable disposition has made him popular with students, not to mention a good team player among colleagues.
Mike also co-founded a local design collective, SUSEJ with a few like-minded designers. Together, they share a portfolio of commercial and non-commercial projects. They also work on design and art exhibitions as well as showcases.
