In 2008, Sharda won the Best Actress Award at the annual Short & Sweet Theatre Singapore competition for her role in the play How Do You Like Me? How Do You Want Me Now?. In 2009, she was invited by LASALLE lecturer Elizabeth de Roza to rework a version of Curry Devil at Transit Festival at Odin Teatret in Denmark.
Her works include Dream Country (2012 Singapore Arts Festival), Crossings (The Necessary Stage in collaboration with Trafik, a Croatian Theatre Collective), Mobile 2 (The Necessary Stage), Decimal Points 5.1 (Cake Theatrical Productions), and The Crucible (Toy Factory Productions), for which she was nominated for The Straits Times Life! Theatre Awards 2014 Best Supporting Actress category.
Sharda is one of the founding members of performance and research group, Theatrestrays, and has been featured in Mediacorp’s children’s TV programme, oktoLIVE!
